Bookings & Cancellations Policy
Bookings & Check In
- All bookings including payments and credit card details must be arranged prior to arrival.
- We are primarily self check in. We believe this gives you greater flexibility and discretion to come and go as you wish.
- On arrival, simply pick up your keys and away you go.
- To check out, simply drop your keys into the keybox.
- Self Check In: 2pm onwards
- Check Out Time: 10am
- Check in instructions will be provided to you 1 – 2 days before arrival. If you have made your booking through booking.com, Airbnb or another third party website, they will provide you with your booking confirmation details. Please let us know if you do not receive this by emailing [email protected] and we will get back to you promptly.
Payments
- Full prepayment is required to secure bookings made through our website. All payments, including for parking, must be settled prior to arrival.
- Our third party payment solution provider is Stripe. Please note we do not receive or store any card information. Stripe creates tokens to represent the card information and will not supply us with your card details in clear text.
Cancellations Policy
- A full refund will be given for bookings cancelled up to (update 11/1/23) 14 days prior to arrival. (Pre 11/1/23: 5 days prior to arrival). For example, if you are arriving at 2pm on the 15th (day of check-in), we must receive your request for cancellation by midnight on the 2nd. If extenuating circumstances apply (assessed on a case-by-case basis) we provide a free change of dates. Once your stay has commenced, your booking is non-refundable.
- In the event of a COVID-19 lockdown, we will provide a free change of dates.
- If you have booked under the non-refundable rate, no refund will be given under any circumstance. So please ensure you have considered whether you may need the additional flexibility before selecting the booking option that suits you best.
Other important information relating to your booking
- Please keep your fob & key(s) secure and return immediately on check-out. Our keys are on a restricted system and expensive to replace. Should you lose either we will oncharge a $90 replacement cost per fob and $40 replacement cost per key.
- You will be responsible for costs incurred in relation to breakages/damages and excessive cleaning charges that are the above normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state or damages caused by you to general common areas
