Is there parking?
  • The Gold Coast Hospital and Griffith University precincts are a 5 minute walk. Should you need to travel further, the Gold Coast light rail network (G:link) and bus services will take you anywhere you need to go from there.
  • Free parking is available on the street, but please check signage for time limits. Secure parking is available on site for $10 per day, subject to availability.
What are the bedding configurations in your apartments?
  • All our apartments have queen sized beds.
What views do each type of apartment offer?
  • There are a combination of views on offer, ranging from the lush greenery of the Bullybunion Park to looking out towards the front urban landscape.
Is there a reception? How do I check in?
  • We are self check-in/check-out only. Detailed self check-in instructions will be provided to you closer to your stay. We think this gives you the greatest flexibility to come and go as you wish, particularly given the current COVID-19 situation.
How close are you to the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University?
  • We are a short 5 – 10 minute stroll, approximately 300m across the road (or about 800m, if you are trying to get to Gold Coast Private Hospital right behind it).
Distance to key destinations
  •         Woolworths supermarket – 4 minute drive
  •         Harbour Town Premium Outlet Shopping Centre – 7 minute drive
  •         Main Beach – 15 minute drive
  •         Surfers Paradise – 18 minute drive
  •         Helensvale Train Station (connection to Brisbane etc) – 12 minute drive
  •         Chirn Park restaurants, patisseries and cafes – 5 minute drive
  •         Pacific Motorway M1 – 8 minute drive
  • Our Wi-Fi is free and available in all our units. It is a commercial grade high speed internet, with average speeds of 200MB/sec (for comparison, you only need about 25MB/sec to run Netflix!).
Can I smoke on the balcony?
  • No smoking is permitted in any of the apartments, including any of the apartment balconies.
What is this cleaning fee about?
  • We prefer not to build in our cleaning and linen costs into our nightly rates. We don’t think guests staying more than 2 nights should be disadvantaged! Instead, we charge a discounted one off cleaning fee per stay.
What else?
  • Please keep your fob & key(s) secure and return immediately on check-out. Our keys are on a restricted system and expensive to replace. Should you lose either we will on-charge a $90 replacement cost per fob and $40 replacement cost per key.
  • We ask that you please be mindful and keep your area clean for future guests. Please wash and return all kitchenware to its original spot before leaving.
  • Please be mindful of other residents in the building and keep noise to a minimum, especially during the quiet period of 10pm – 6am.
